11 Killer Pushup Variations

The pushup is one of the most basic movements for your upper body. The beauty of a pushup is that it usually does NOT require any equipment or spotter. Just use your own bodyweight and you have an amazing fitness machine. Pushups work your chest, triceps, anterior shoulders as well as the supporting muscle groups and core. However, traditional pushups can get old and boring. That is why I am revealing 11 Killer Pushup Variations that you can do.

Take my 110 rep pushup challenge.

Perform each exercises for 10 reps and complete a total of 110 reps.

(11 exercises X 10 reps = 110 reps).

You can do it in any order. You can take a break anytime.

Your goal is to finish it under 15 minutes.
