"Maximum Fitness,

This
workout program is perfect for someone who doesn't want to follow any
specific plan. It gives you a chance to customize your OWN workout
routine. Wendell Kinley, home workout program expert, carefully select
the most powerful exercises that you can do from home with very little
equipment.
All you need is a stability ball, mats, fitness bands,
and a couple dumbbell sets. You can get all these for under $50 (better
than spending up to $100 on a gym membership per month).
Here are the instructions
Simply select the exercises that you want to incorporate for
upper body, lower body, cardio, and core training. Aim for
about 1-3 sets per exercise with 30-120 second breaks in
between.
For beginner, you can do 1-2 exercises per muscle group.
For intermediate, you can do 3-4 exercises per muscle group.
For advanced, you can do 5 exercises per muscle group.
